High Capacity

AVTEQ/ Living owns and operates our own 80,000 square-foot manufacturing and distribution facilities. The manufacturing plants can process more than 150 tons of sheet metal per month.








Advanced Production

Our facilities are equipped with the most advanced, state of the art machinery. The production lines utilize fully-automated CNC shears, stamps and brakes.

All of our products are bonded using robotic TIG and MIG welding for the highest quality, cleanest and most precise welds.

Our manufacturing facilities are also home to our own powder coating booth in which all of our products receive an electrostatic scratch-resistant powder coat with a minimum resistance of 300 hours in a salt spray booth.
